My daughter was in a bad accident was ran off the road. I have AAA called them to tow her car they came and informed me they can’t tow her car because it was not a tow but a recovery even though I told them that when I called. I looked up Whiteheart and Sons and they were there within 20 minutes. Customer service was top notch and the driver updated us the whole time.
I needed a tow today (Sunday morning 8:30am). I called around and they were the cheapest (needed a tow for 45 miles). I ended up calling them back to let them know I would need them. By the time I got off the phone I only had to wait 15 mins for them to show up. Stephen was my tow guy and he was phenomenal and very personable. He knew exactly what he was doing and made great conversation with me while I waited. I will use Whiteheart for all my towing needs for the future.
