Oh my goodness talk about the best experience ever! I called thinking my car battery was dead because my car failed to start, but it turns out that a simple screw was loose! Stephen answered the call, got there in a time efficient manner, explained to me what the problem was in very clear terms and was very fair! Will definitely call again for any car trouble!

Worried Drivers Please Read!!! There isnt a better service in Winstem Salem hands down. My car tire bursted on the highway at 2am, in the rain. As I was freaking out and calling different roadside assistance I found that over 10 other companies would not pickup the phone or give a proper estimate to coming out but instead “would ballpark it $200-300 upon arrival”. Mr. Reed at Whiteheart picked up the phone middle of night, listened to me & told me his nightly flat fee which was so reasonable. He came out in 30 minutes with all the tools & equipment ANYONE would need, was beyond kind and professional. In this complicated, ad ridden world if you need assistance in NC THIS IS YOUR GUY<<

Amazing service! After waiting over 4 hours for AAA in the middle of the night , I found Whiteheart and Sons Towing online. Within 15 minutes of calling them they were there to save me and my son! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Stephen was super friendly and helpful. He gave outstanding service. I have a classic car that needed to be towed from the end of my driveway on a main road and he took meticulous care to ensure the car got on the truck safely and made sure it was off loaded carefully right into the garage. I won't use any other towing service again.

Had tried through our insurance and they couldn't find a tow service available. They told me if I could find one use it they'd reimburse me. I called a competitor and got no answer. I'd heard Whiteheart was a good towing company so gave them a call, this is one a Sunday night pouring rain was told they'd be there in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later he pulled up was extremely polite we talked as he hooked up the van we got in and I was safely home in less than 20 minutes. I recommend them very highly you will not be disappointed.

I have to say that in 65 years, I have never had a better towing experience than with Whiteheart Towing. Our phone call was answered immediately. We were told that a driver would call us to tell us how long it would be before they could come and tow the car. Ten minutes later, the driver called and said that he was pulling into the parking lot where our car was stranded. The driver, Hunter, was extremely courteous, kind and efficient. These guys don't play. Doesn't matter what time of the day it is you can call and they actually show up at a REASONABLE time. Not leaving you stranded for hours on end. They don't only just do towing they also have an automotive shop that can fix your vehicle too! So if you're looking for a one stop shop and don't know where to get your vehicle towed I highly recommend you give them a try as this is the only place I take my vehicles to when needing work.
